Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM) Zanzibar- Admissions open for 2024-25

The High Commission of India in Nairobi is pleased to introduce the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM), India was established in 1959 and is an ‘Institute of National Importance.’ The Institute offers Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Ph.D. programmes. According to the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), Ministry of Education, Government of India, IITM ranks No. 1 in ‘Overall’ as well as ‘Engineering Institutions’ category.

IITM launched its first International Campus Zanzibar (Tanzania) in 2023 to make cutting edge education and research accessible to the students in the African Continent. The institute offers a four year Bachelor of Science and a two year Master of Technology course in the area of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. Application duration is from Jan 05 – April 15, 2024 for Bachelor of Science in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence and Jan 05 to March 15, 2024 for Master of Technology course in the area of Data Science & Artificial Intelligence.
