Passport/EC applications process

(i) Please fill in the online form through link ( https://portal5.passportindia.gov.in/Online/index.html )

(ii) Print application after successful uploading documents including photo & signature.

(iii) Book an appointment through link ( https://hcinairobi.gov.in/getappointment )

(iv) Visit High Commission of India along with printed application. Please bring all the original documents with copies for submission of application. 

(v) Make the payment as per receipt at High Commission of India at Bank of India Counter or pay at Bank of India main branch, Kenyatta Avenue, Nairobi.

(vi) Collect passport once it is ready for collection. 

NOTE:

1.Original documents will be returned after verification at the counter.

2.After the submission of application at the High Commission, fee is to be deposited the Bank of India counter at High Commission of India or Bank of India Kenyatta Avenue Branch only.

3.After the payment of fee, applicant need not visit High Commission to show the fee paid Challan/Receipt.

4.Additional documents may be sought, in certain cases.

5.Fee paid is non-refundable.

6.Fee paid Challan/ Receipt should be produced at the time of collection.

7.The applicant has to appear in person to collect his/her document. No third parties shall be allowed to collect documents on behalf of any applicant.
